These terms regulate the relationship between Crowd Agile (hereinafter, "the company") and users of training services in agile methodologies offered through the domain crowdagile.com. The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes in advance.
The user agrees to use the course content and materials solely for personal and professional learning purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of the same is prohibited. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials.
The company is committed to providing updated, high-quality materials on project management and agile learning. However, results derived from applying the taught methodologies depend on the context and the student's dedication. The company is not responsible for business decisions made based on the course content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services. The company's total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user for the corresponding course.
Course prices are clearly indicated before purchase. The user has a period of 14 days to request cancellation and a refund, provided they have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Requests must be sent to info@crowdagile.com.
All materials, texts, images, and educational resources provided are owned by the company or used under license. The user acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for their personal training. Any unauthorized use will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
The company reserves the right to suspend or cancel access for a user who breaches these terms, without the right to a refund. The user may unsubscribe at any time by contacting the support team. Termination shall not affect previously acquired rights.
The company may update these terms of use periodically. Changes will be communicated through the website or by email. Continued use of the service after the publication of modifications implies acceptance of the new conditions.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
